Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. is a mid-size general practice law firm with offices in Parsippany, New Jersey; Rochester, New York and Allentown, Pennsylvania. We have just relocated our Parsippany office to The Arbors complex, a newly renovated 5-building campus spread over 60 acres and including 3 on-site full-service cafeterias, two high-tech conference centers, a 1.5-mile nature trail loop, and a modern fitness center with locker rooms.
We are currently seeking to hire Legal Assistant with 2 – 5 years of experience for our Pennsylvania Foreclosure Practice Group.

- Job Responsibilities include: reviewing title searches, preparing legal documents, handling correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: - Review foreclosure title searches and identify any issues - Draft, prepare, and format legal documents such as complaints, assignments, and notices - Communicate effectively with borrowers, clients, and other parties involved in the foreclosure process - Maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients - Update internal case management system and client systems accurately and in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times - Support attorneys in a fast-paced, high volume environment - Keep clients updated on case status and follow up on outstanding documents or services - Perform other duties as needed Requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work well with others and in a team-oriented environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and adapt to change - Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet research - Familiarity with case and document management software - Experience with client systems such as Loansphere, Lenstar, Clairfire, Tempo, Vendorscape, and others preferred - Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure - Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, fax machines, scanners, and telephones
