The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of our large-scale remodeling projects, ensuring they meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining client relations. This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on quality, safety, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to effectively plan labor and material needs ahead of scheduled events.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications, budgets, and project schedules.
- Maintain quality control by ensuring materials are installed to job specifications.
- Monitor the job site safety and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and meeting project milestones.
- Complete all project punch lists and ensure the project is wrapped up on time.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of professionalism, client advocacy, and integrity in every phase of the project.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or remodeling industry, ideally in high-end residential projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers to meet deadlines and maintain budgetary constraints.
- Familiarity with the demands of managing large-scale projects (valued over $1 million).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe job site.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Own tools (required for production roles).
Compensation:
- Full time position
- Competitive hourly rate at $35 to $45, based on experience.
