What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Chef and Operations Manager position at Felder Services?
We have a Kitchen Manager position available with an upscale casual concept and are looking for the right individual to help grow within the company. Kitchen Manager will be expected to oversee high volume service operations, mentor management and hourly staff, staff schedules, direct contact with inventory control, beverage/labor/food cost and sanitation.
This position requires hands on guidance to plan the daily work load of all members, write schedules for the present volume of business and peak periods, place orders, develop pars, receive truck deliveries and properly date and rotate product. Kitchen Manager must demonstrate high expectations and hold staff accountable for delivering AWESOME service/food.
Kitchen Manager Candidate must be currently or very recently employed as a Manager. May be required to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and staffing.
Other duties may be assigned as needed by District Manager, Dietary manager, or Administrator
.
