Job Description
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling vehicles to meet sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom or sales lot
- Selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Explaining product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
- Describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Buiding strong rapport with customers
- Performing high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Overcoming objections, closing sales, and performing other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
You will report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
