Salary: $74,000 - $200,000 per year
Job Description:
Sales Associate Role: As a sales associate at Feldman Automotive Group, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, helping them select vehicles, explaining product performance, and building strong rapport with clients. You will also perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and greet customers, offering assistance or direction as needed.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Deliver high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform other steps of the sales process according to company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Requirements:
- Possess enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales day.
- Show outgoing and friendly personality while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
- Have quality customer service skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
