AV- Preeminent rated, busy Plaintiffs civil litigation law firm seeks dedicated legal intake employee on on full time or part time basis. We will consider part time, but minimum is 25 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Anyone with experience in new client screening and intake or customer service is helpful. Prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, law clerk or case manager or legal intake is preferred. Great way to enter the legal field or continue with legal field. We are located in western hillsborough county, away from downtown, in great location for pinellas and hillsborough county. Compensation is hourly with opportunity for bonus based upon signed paying consults or clients. Send resume, cover letter, starting availability and references. The job duties and responsibilities include :
- responding to phone calls and emails from potential new clients
- sending out new client questionnaires to complete
- conducting telephone interviews with potential new clients
- obtaining records and documents, files from new clients and potential new clients
- managing and tracking the leads
- reporting to management the lead sources
- scheduling appointments with attorneys
- creating contracts for representation
- setting up new case in practice management database
- calendar of events
- closing on paid consultations and paid fee agreements
- managing the database and integration of leads with practice management software
- handling telephone calls for the firm and US mail
