Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technicians to supply estimates for vehicle repairs.
- Assist in keeping a clean and organized inventory.
- Answer phone and assist clients in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize processes.
- Continuously develop product and parts knowledge with ongoing training.
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Ensure parts are received in a timely manner and are accurate.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Tekion experience is a plus!
- Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
