The Product & Strategy Team at FELFEL is responsible for shaping and optimizing our core product services, including FELFEL and Gavetti. We continuously refine and innovate these offerings, always with a strong focus on the consumer, to ensure they remain future-proof and competitive. In addition, we also define and develop new product services to meet evolving customer needs and market opportunities. The team drives FELFEL’s long-term success by leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives with a clear consumer focus and business impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects from concept to rollout
- Identify business challenges and develop consumer-centric solutions
- Drive initiatives end-to-end and scale what works
- Collaborate closely with leadership, teams, and external partners
- Conduct market and internal analyses to find opportunities
- Ensure structured planning, clear goal-setting, and proper documentation
- Build business cases to ensure all initiatives are desirable (consumer-focused), feasible (scalable and operable), viable (financially sound)
- Present results clearly to stakeholders, including leadership
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in strategic project management, ideally with a consulting background
- Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent skills in project planning, documentation, and presenting to stakeholders
- Ability to build solid business cases, analyze financials, and derive actionable insights
- Strong analytical thinking with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Confident working with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with agile and traditional project management methods
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
