What You'll Do
As the IT Manager, you'll oversee Felipe’s tech infrastructure and ensure seamless operations across all locations. You will:
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including POS (Toast), digital menus (Navori), DVR systems (Solink), and our WordPress website.
- Oversee network and hardware management, ensuring all systems remain functional and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime during operational hours.
- Lead IT budgeting, vendor relationship management, and cost-benefit analyses to ensure smart tech investments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.
- Create and execute strategies for optimizing IT operations through automation and efficiency improvements.
- Deliver training programs to equip staff with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize IT tools effectively.
- Support restaurants, with some travel required to our Naples, FL locations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (or a related field).
- Prior experience in IT management, with expertise in restaurant-specific systems (preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide IT staff effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and the adaptability to manage urgent, high-stress scenarios.
- Strong project management skills to plan, allocate resources, and ensure timelines are met.
- Interpersonal and communication skills that foster collaboration with restaurant managers, the Home Office team, and external stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset to anticipate future technology needs and align IT strategies with business goals.
