Felix’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar in Gulfport is looking for hard working, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join our management team. We are currently taking applications for Key Holders for front of the house. At least 2 years' experience supervising a high-volume restaurant is required. This position is night shift and requires you to work from 2pm to close. Requires weekend and holiday availability. Resume and references required.
The front of house supervisor is responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the front of house team.
- Ensuring the client receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly by performing table touches and maintaining a constant floor presence.
- Recruiting team and ongoing training.
- Ensuring proper steps of service.
- Inventory management and bar knowledge to assist bar staff.
- Ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Responding to customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with all employees, guests, and fellow managers.
REQUIREMENTS
· Reliable Transportation is a must
· Ability to work night shifts, all weekend days and holidays is a must
· Dependability, great work ethic, professionalism and maturity.
· Ability to handle high volume atmosphere and problem solving
· Great spoken and written communication skills
· Outgoing and engaging personality
. Cash handling experience is a must.
