Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shucking station, adhering to food safety protocols.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels of oysters and other seafood products, reporting any shortages or quality issues.
