    This opportunity offers unlimited growth potential with a highly incentive-structured compensation package starting at $50-70k base (negotiable for candidates with large books of business) with OTE of $100k in year 1 and the opportunity to earn over $200k after book of business is developed in year 2 and beyond.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Pipeline Development : Create and manage your own pipeline using our relationship-focused approach to identify and engage new prospects.
  • CRM Management : Keep our CRM updated with essential details of your client interactions.
  • Client Communication : Maintain regular contact with your clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Sales Outreach : Lead sales appointments generated through various outreach methods.
  • Client Reviews : Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Consultative Selling : Offer consultative advice and accurate quotes to clients.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the carrier account managers and the operations team.
