Members of the 2025 Summer Staff will enable the ministry of Camp Fellowship in various ways and will have the opportunity to serve in the various roles listed below. All required certifications are offered through Camp Fellowship staff training. All positions are subject to change to meet the needs of the Camp Fellowships ministry at the discretion of the Assistant Director and Executive Director.
Starting pay is $300 per week, paid every two weeks. Bonuses are available for returning staff and certified lifeguards.
- Counselors
- Lead and ensure a positive camp experience for summer campers by collaborating with other counselors and staff to lead activities, games, crafts, bible studies, daily structure, and other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Assistant Director.
