Position Mission
The Program Director is a key support role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, alignment, and communication across the MPD department. This individual provides critical administrative support, ensures traction accountability, streamlines communication processes, and manages special projects. The ideal candidate excels in organization, communication, and attention to detail, supporting the Director of MPD and the broader team in achieving their strategic objectives.

Position Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and track departmental goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Create and manage Level 10 meeting agendas, capture meeting notes, track action items for follow up, maintain and update metrics, and ensure accountability by maintaining clear timelines and deliverables for team objectives.
- Manage Director of MPD's calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments.
- Provide administrative support for team projects, including document preparation and data management. Also oversee department scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, trainings, and events.
- Align, review, and coordinate communication within team, all of FOCUS, and other key departments.
- Special projects including: ad hoc projects as assigned by Director of MPD, research and insight projects related to strategic initiatives, and collaboration with team members to implement new processes and improve existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fruitful missionary experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Experience with financial administration, such as expense reports and purchase orders
- Experience or (willingness to learn) EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Personal MPD success – support raising and mission partner cultivation
- Commitment to the mission cultural virtues
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we anticipate paying $48,000 - $56,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
Personal Mission Partner Development (MPD) is one way in which FOCUS invites others to be on mission with us through the gift of their financial support. In this position, the POSITION will be expected to fundraise a minimum of $3,260 per month to support their work with FOCUS. To thrive in serving the mission, the candidate will receive world-class training in this area and ample time to engage in their fundraising efforts.
