The role of the Formative Enterprises Program Director plays a pivotal leadership role within the department and organization, serving as a key support for the planning and execution of administrative tasks and initiatives for Formative Enterprises' leadership. This position is essential to the success of the team and the broader mission of Formative Enterprises.
By managing various operational and logistical details on behalf of each Director, the Program Director enables the FE leadership team to dedicate their energy and focus to guiding their teams and addressing high-level priorities that drive organizational impact.
Responsibilities Include:
- Meet individually with each Formative Enterprises Director weekly to review needs and data
- Complete monthly expense reports for each Formative Enterprises Director
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintain calendar events
- Book any travel needs for Directors
- Assist on any logistical or administrative projects for the Directors as needed
- Track all non-FOCUS SEEK invoicing and scholarship codes
- Assist with registrations and order amounts for non-FOCUS schools
- Assist in outreach for non-FOCUS Formative Enterprises recruitment
- Assist in leading weekly Formative Enterprises Director checkpoints
- Attend Formative Enterprises Quarterly Meetings and assist where needed
Qualifications:
- Strong collaborative and administrative skills; detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proven project management and ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports, graphs, present to stakeholders, and foster clarity across teams
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Cvent, and Smartsheet
Compensation:
In this position, you will build and maintain a personal support team through the practice of Mission Partner Development. FOCUS provides training and support in this area. Total compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
