Finance Manager Monday to Friday, 8 : 00AM-4 : 00PM, Hybrid Schedule Starts at $80,000 / annual salary (Exempt) This Role : The Finance Manager is a key driver for Fellowship Recovery’s profit-maximizing ideas. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial health. Their main responsibilities include data analysis, generating and developing financial reports, managing budgets, working with leadership and business partners to improve cash flow, maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual financial book keeping, and developing long-term and financial strategies. This role will also include qualifying the company for SBA loans and Mortgages, as well as identifying and build-out of grant applications. The Finance Manager’s core decision-making functions include advising senior management on profitable decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a leadership role within Fellowship Recovery, is full-time, exempt and salary. This role is located in Minneapolis with the freedom to work hybrid between their home and the office from Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm. Duties and Responsibilities : Develop and manage budgets, forecast future financial performance, analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks, and prepare comprehensive financial reports. Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial bookkeeping. Qualifying the company for SBA loans and Mortgages. Identifying and building Grant applications in coordination with internal grant writing experts. Monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensure sufficient liquidity, and manage working capital. Identify areas for cost reduction, implement cost-saving measures, and monitor expenses against budgets. Assess financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial reporting. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for internal and external stakeholders, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide financial insights to inform strategic business decisions, including potential acquisitions, new product launches, and market expansion. Partners with leadership, accountants, and human resources in strategic decisions. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical skills : Ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions. Financial modeling expertise and Technical proficiency : Proficiency in using financial software to build and analyze financial models. Strategic thinking : Ability to develop long-term financial plans aligned with overall business strategy. Communication skills : Effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent leadership skills. Ensure compliance and adherence to accounting standards and financial regulations. Requirement and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or related field required. At least 2 years experience as a financial manager is required. 245G Industry financial trends knowledge preferred. Physical Requirements Sit for a long period of time, use computer and keyboard, pinching, sorting, filing, lifting up to 20 lbs.
