Fellowship Recovery is an outpatient treatment program located in Uptown Minneapolis and Saint Louis Park, MN. We specialize in treating women with children, men with children, as well as individual men and women. We offer smaller group sizes limited to 12 clients and believe in creating a work environment that promotes growth and the support needed in order for our counselors to prevent burnout! We are a small growing company with an Entrepreneural spirit!

Schedule : M-F 7 : 30-4 : 00PM
Pay : From $75,000.00 per year
Benefits :Duties :
- Lead Outpatient Treatment groups and Individual treatment sessions Group hours are 9 : 00AM - 1 : 40PM M-F
- Develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
- LADC or ADC-T
- Experience leading groups and working in a hybrid in-person and hybrid telehealth setting
- Strong treatment planning skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze data for monitoring client progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Culturally specific or culturally responsive program : 2 years (Required)
