Job Description:
Friendly, energetic, multi-tasking, Microsoft office and phone skills, problem Solving and love for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Schedule:Monday through Wednesday 8:30AM- 5:00PM
- Greet all Visitors and Residents in a friendly and warming manner
- Answering phone calls and responding to Voicemails
- Communicating with other coworkers via email if needed
- Making sure the Lobby and front office is a welcoming environment for all.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with seniors.
- Reception experience.
- Administrative experience a plus.
- Computer experience a must
- Experienced with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher.
- Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
