Essential Functions:
- Manages incoming phone calls and emails
- Conducts comprehensive client intakes
- Ensures timely and accurate data entry of client information
- Schedules private duty CNA/CHHA team members for both on and off campus clients/residents
- Review agreements with clients and obtain signatures
Qualifictions:
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a health care setting, preferably home care, long term care, or hospital
- PC literate with knowledge of payroll and scheduling software
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Demonstrates strong communication and relationship building skills
