- Provide support, advocacy, and guidance to our amazing team and the clients we serve.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop service plans, and deliver interventions like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and crisis support.
- Lead outreach efforts, assist with community engagement, and be a driving force behind positive client outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners and deliver compassionate, client-centered care.
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery and meet agency goals.
