Growing, family oriented, property management company located in Fairfield & Stamford is seeking a full-time skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties in the Fairfield County area. Must be experienced with basic maintenance tasks, organized, presentable and have good communication skills. Candidate must have clean background check and valid driver’s license.
