Primary Responsibilities:
The pay for this position starts at $22 hourly.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting efforts
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Provide employee benefits support
- Maintain electronic files and HR systems
- Complete compliance reporting
- Develop and/or update various HR-related reports, documents, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership on various tasks as required
- Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate (junior or higher status) or graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with automated HR systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Available to commit to a 3-month internship
