Deck Installer

Do you like working outside? Are you mechanically inclined and like to work with your hands? Do you have proven experience building decks? We have an experienced craftsman ready for you to join their team, teach you the trade and develop you into a future crew leader. We also have a team of experienced installers and are now looking for an experienced installer to lead that team. This position works out of our Wildwood, MO office from 6am-midafternoon, project length changes from day to day.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials
- Digging holes and using shovels
- Using basic hand tools (tape measures, hammers, speed square)
- Reading a level
- Driving vehicles
- Working occasionally on Saturdays

Qualifications:
- Experienced with power tools (mainly circular saws and drills).
- Should enjoy working outdoors.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous deck experience is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:
- Being able to lift up to 80 lbs. with or without accommodations.
- Performing activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
- $20-$30/hour DOE. After the training period is complete, potential to earn $55k-80k per year.
