- Cash Posting
- Phone Reception
- Scheduling Appointments for Sales staff
- Order and receive office supplies
- Other bookkeeping and office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
