Fence Outlet is in need of a Warehouse Attendant for our Jacksonville store location.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Major Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for creating and/or assembling all fence parts and pieces into finished fence materials. Additional duties will be assigned by the Warehouse Manager that will include pulling orders in the warehouse for customers when there are no deliveries. The warehouse attendant will perform their job in a way that supports the Company’s commitment to safety in the work environment and execute tasks that support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Daily tasks include:
- Loading/unloading equipment for internal customers and drivers
- Upon unloading of equipment, checking for damage to equipment
- Refueling of gasoline or diesel, oil, water levels for equipment and forklifts
- The use of small air tools, small electric tools, banding, hand tools and use of router.
- Inventory counting / Replenishment of materials
- Occasional repainting of equipment and housekeeping
- General safety knowledge and operation of walk-behind and ride-on equipment shop forklifts for moving of stationary and tow-behind equipment
- Cleaning warehouse and yard by sweeping shop floors, rearranging equipment or using tools/equipment to clean the yard
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

- Passion for providing excellent service and quality
- Preferred mobile equipment experience (Forklift/Manlifts etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 months of experience in like or similar position
- CNC Router Operator Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-through
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and determine task priorities
- Organizational skills and ability to follow directions
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to continuously see.
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, give & receive oral communication, bend, squat, reach above shoulder level, and discern color.
- Must be able to occasionally sit, drive, type, and make fine discrimination in sound.
- Must be able to regularly lift/carry up to 60 lbs.; occasionally lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to do repetitive simple grasping, fine manipulation, and pushing & pulling on a frequent basis.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive to and from work locations.
- As needed work a varied schedule that could include weekends and holidays
