Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and organized appointment setter to join our team at FenceUSA. The ideal candidate will be personable and sociable, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and prospects over the phone and through email. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in managing the appointment calendar is a must, as is the drive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure every interaction is positive and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services, gather information, or confirm appointment details.
- Handle inbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- Leave voicemails when customers do not answer, providing necessary details and next steps.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Ensure appointments are accurately tracked in the CRM, including client details, timing, and special instructions.Resolve scheduling conflicts or changes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Send appointment confirmation emails or texts to clients.Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust.
- Send personalized follow-up selfie videos to clients when needed.
- Address client concerns calmly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of all information.
- Perform additional office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to juggle multiple calls or appointments at once, especially during the busy season (March through July).
- Ability to speak clearly and confidently, especially over the phone.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative position preferred.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday; 9 AM - 5 PM
Hourly Pay Range: $17/hour
