Job Description
We are seeking up to 10 new team members to join our client's team. You would be responsible for booking appointment(s) for their talented Sales Team. This is an "In Office" position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM for now.
Work hours are scheduled to change into two shift (at a later time). Must be willing to work 8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately gather and track client information using our CRM and database systems.
- Schedule appointments for clients with sales analysts.
- Cold and warm calling.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) experience.
- Customer service experience or a passion for providing outstanding client support.
- Experience in sales, timeshare, or timeshare exit is a plus (1 year preferred).
