POSITION SUMMARY:
As an inside sale representative, you will oversee the management of customer accounts.
Pay: $21-$23 an hr DOE Commission paid out monthly
Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-thru-Fri occasion rotation one Saturday a month 8am-12pm
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting customers with questions and doing estimates for their projects.
- You will be responsible for placing special orders with our vendors, preparing quotes, preparing orders for the delivery of products to the job site, waiting on customers at the counter, answering incoming phone calls, having basic knowledge of the products and materials that we sell.
- Must have the ability to clearly communicate to the customer and prioritize daily job duties to ensure each job goes smoothly.
- Service customers by selling products, fielding questions, and resolving customer’s issues.
- You will also be required to service existing accounts and establishing new accounts.
- You will be required to make calls to existing customers and build relationship bridges with new potential customers.
- Must be able to continually analyze our customer base and manage it according to best return on time invested.
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Basic Computer skills (Microsoft suite, POS software)
- Excellent Communication and Organization Skills
- Strong decision-making skills
