Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
