Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Book keeper to oversee our office operations and ensure efficient processes. The ideal candidate will possess some technical accounting skills and have experience with accounting software.
Duties
- Perform technical accounting functions such as account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all financial reporting and documentation.
- Utilize accounting software Quickbooks
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Bookkeeper or Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in accounting software (Quickbooks) is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience with account reconciliation and journal entries is desirable.
