We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator, Event Planner! The Facilities Coordinator, Event Planner at Ferguson will coordinate events throughout the facility and reconfigurable event space, assisting vendor activities, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for meetings/events within the reconfigurable space footprint and others as necessary.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their expectations are met.
- Coordinate activities of external vendors and contractors to help facilitate events.
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and projects.
- Manage facilities event management software and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities operations or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
