Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent time management and project coordination skills. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables - Collaborate with project team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met - Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle - Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process - Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports Experience: - Previous experience in construction project management or a related field - Proficiency in construction software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, and Civil 3D - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of contract management principles We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
