What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Greet and assist visitors, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Provide essential administrative support for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Maintain electronic records, process documents, and manage office communications.
- Assist with mail handling, supplies, and office organization.
- Support agency programs and ensure smooth daily operations.

Required:

- Experience in mental health or nonprofit organizations.
