Position Details
Flexible Work Location: This role includes travel to various locations and potential remote telehealth opportunities (if available).
Work Hours:
- Salary staff: Expected to work 40-43 hours per week.
- Hourly staff: Can work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approval required.
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our team, you’ll:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group skills-based services to children, adults, and families in a Home and Community based setting.
- Utilize effective strategies to support client needs with professionalism and compassion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity expectations.
- Collaborate with external providers and colleagues to ensure holistic care.
- Attend trainings and complete required continuing education.
- Uphold Fernbrook’s mission, values, and policies.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance for community-based roles.
- Pass a criminal background check in accordance with agency and state regulations.
- Meet Minnesota Statute requirements as a Mental Health Practitioner or Clinical Trainee.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus!
Physical & Work Expectations
- Ability to sit for extended periods while completing computer work.
- Stamina to engage with clients during therapy sessions.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
