What You'll Do
As a clinician at Fernbrook, you’ll work directly with children, adults, and families, offering therapy and skill-building support that meets people where they are—emotionally and literally. You’ll help guide clients on their mental health journey through compassionate care, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
Your core responsibilities will include:

Providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy and/or skills services within a home and community base setting

Conducting diagnostic assessments

Collaborating with other providers and Fernbrook staff

Completing timely and accurate documentation
-
Participating in ongoing clinical supervision and team meetings

Staying current with required continuing education

Upholding Fernbrook’s mission and values in every interaction

Meeting productivity standards while maintaining quality care

Requirements

Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in a mental health field

Eligible for or pursuing licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance (for community-based work)

Must pass a DHS background check
Preferred:
-
Experience working with diverse populations

Bilingual skills a plus
Schedule Compensation
We offer flexibility with hours between 7:00am – 7:00pm.

Salaried staff: Expected 40–43 hours/week

Hourly staff: Up to 40 hours/week (with prior approval for overtime)

Travel to various community locations required
-
Telehealth/remote options available for certain tasks (when applicable)
