Finance Leadership Development Program - Spring 2023 Grads

Want You'll Do:
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotational program for graduating students with Bachelor's or Master's degrees. The program is designed to develop exceptional analytical skills and provide participants with solid operational knowledge across three unique finance/accounting rotations. These rotations are determined by business needs in addition to your interests. Participants have program-specific curriculum and receive a dedicated Steering Committee mentor, who is a senior finance leader. Finance Development Program participants graduate the program with a strong foundation of accounting, finance and are ready to lead future financial initiatives throughout the company.
