The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing technical and hardware support for Client workstations. A working level of knowledge and experience will be essential for implementing new systems, as well as diagnosing issues with existing systems. A successful candidate must be capable of understanding and following predefined processes. This role is primarily remote, except for on-site client visits. Ideal candidate would be located within 1 hour of Philadelphia.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a technical support role.
- Windows and MacOS desktop administration experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documentation.
- Ability to identify problems, determine root causes, and communicate issues to technical and non-technical personnel.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Demonstrated interest in learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies.
- Ability to set priorities and complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Must have a reliable car and be able to travel as needed.
- Committed to the highest standards of quality.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or relevant discipline is preferred
- Comp TIA A and Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator certifications preferred
