Compensation
The salary range for this position is $68,625 to $96,075 annually.

Ways you will make a difference
- Production Planner acts as a liaison across functions and team members
- Decisions made by the Production Scheduler has direct impacts on the cost to manufacture.
- Achieving an optimal sequencing effects time required for cleaning, change overs and start-ups which affect cost.
- Accuracy of the production schedule effects the plants ability to efficiency and manage the correct resources (labor) and materials, preventing over staffing, and potentially high inventory levels.
- Excellent communication skills (strong verbal and written required).

- Interpersonal skills (ability to effectively work with all levels from hourly to management).
- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Successful experience in manufacturing environment with responsibility for Production or Supply Chain Management.
- Firm understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles and processes, and a passion for continuous improvement preferred.
- Experience in production scheduling, material handling, and/or supply chain management.
- Prior experience negotiating with vendors.
- Factory master data management and SAP skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding and ability to follow the product life cycle process
