Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing customer account KPIs.
- Gather data and prepare materials for quality performance presentations.
- Coordinate with global accounts and the head office to share updates on quality metrics.
- Inspect shipment quality for domestic and international operations.
- Verify proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and document customer communication quality.
- Assist in structuring and drafting quality control reports for review by the supervisor.
- Support customer engagements to identify and align on KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with shipping processes and quality assurance practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
