**Job Overview:**
The Photo, Inventory, and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our products, managing inventory documentation, and maintaining an engaging online presence across social media platforms. This role requires a blend of photography skills, organizational abilities, and social media expertise to enhance our brand visibility and support sales initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Capture and edit high-quality product images for online and offline marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing photography that highlights the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, product descriptions, and pricing.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of stock levels.
- Assist in the labeling and organization of inventory for efficient access and management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest).
- Monitor social media trends and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align photography and social media content with promotional events and product launches.
- Assist in organizing and documenting promotional events, including trade shows and product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Photography, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product photography and photo editing (Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred).
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, with experience in content creation and audience engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.
