Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee painting projects from start to final walkthrough.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Assign tasks to painting crews and provide clear direction to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and change orders.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain strong communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Order materials and manage inventory to avoid delays.
Qualifications
- 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, painting, or a related trade.
- Strong understanding of painting techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—comfortable directing teams and talking to clients.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—local travel to job sites required.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus.
