Project Manager

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee painting projects ranging from residential homes to large-scale commercial properties. You’ll coordinate crews, manage timelines, ensure quality standards, and keep clients happy—all while keeping projects on budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee painting projects from start to final walkthrough.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Assign tasks to painting crews and provide clear direction to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and change orders.
• Resolve client concerns and maintain strong communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Order materials and manage inventory to avoid delays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, painting, or a related trade.
• Strong understanding of painting techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills—comfortable directing teams and talking to clients.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—local travel to job sites required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus.
