What will your day look like?

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Month-End Close:

• Manage the month-end close process, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all month-end activities.

Internal Controls:

• Develop and maintain effective internal control procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Audit and Compliance:

• Coordinate with external auditors for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review audit schedules and support documentation.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
• Leverage technology and best practices to streamline accounting processes.

Who are you?

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
