We are seeking a Customer Service/ Sales Support Professional to join our Client's team in Matthews, NC. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in the manufacturing industry.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Order Processing: Efficiently manage order inquiries and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and utilize company systems for data entry.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in SAP preferred
- 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
