General Manager
Location: Addison, IL (On-site)
Compensation: $240,000 - $280,000 Base Salary 50% Bonus $1,000/month Car Allowance either Equity, or LTIP.

- Hands-On Engagement: Be deeply involved on the shop floor to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and lead a team of employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial Insight: Build and execute strategic plans to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Who are you?
- Experienced Leader: You bring a proven track record in metals or industrial manufacturing with experience in high-volume operations and small-run setups.
- Strategic & Tactical: Skilled in both big-picture strategy and hands-on involvement, you know how to balance the demands of operations and customer engagement.
- Team Builder: Adept at fostering collaboration, managing teams, and leading change in a dynamic environment.
- Industry Expertise: Background in cold-forming, machining, or component manufacturing preferred, with some commercial experience to manage customer-facing needs.
