What You’ll Do:

- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, making a real impact on the organization’s success.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees, supporting career growth and performance excellence.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR data to recommend innovative solutions that drive positive change.
- Lead employee relations efforts, helping to resolve conflicts and build a collaborative, respectful workplace.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure we’re bringing in the best talent and setting them up for success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for labor relations, fostering effective communication and collaboration with union representatives.
- Stay ahead of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and fostering fairness across the organization.
- Contribute to succession planning and talent management strategies to help our organization grow and succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus).
- At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting.
- A natural ability to build trust and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to navigate tough conversations with empathy.
- A commitment to handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
