Position Summary: Drive growth in the restoration industry by building strategic, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. This role focuses on positioning the company as a preferred vendor for cleaning, restoration, and reconstruction services, while managing relationships with existing clients and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate nationwide opportunities for large commercial projects.
- Cultivate local market opportunities and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Use networking, trade shows, and sales calls to engage with new clients.
- Develop partnerships with contractors and expand services with current accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure our company is the preferred vendor for all services.
- Attend industry events to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Maintain regular customer contact to foster long-term relationships.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for timely collection of payments.
- Engage with industry associations to access potential clients and partners.
- Stay informed about project status to provide updates to customers and referral sources.

- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong mathematical and project planning skills.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
