This dual-role position offers the best of both worlds: preconstruction leadership and boots-on-the-ground execution. Project Manager / Estimator – Millwright Division
Location: Davidson, NC (Relocation Assistance Available)
Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 base salary 5–15% Annual Bonus Company Vehicle Card for Expenses

What will your day look like?
- Review RFQs, project plans, and conduct jobsite visits to create detailed cost estimates and proposals.
- Lead project execution—schedule kickoff, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and client interaction.
- Work cross-functionally with estimators, operations managers, and superintendents to ensure quality and profitability.
- Prepare and present change orders, track schedules, and ensure performance meets customer expectations and safety standards.
Who are you?
- Industrial Experience: You’ve worked in millwright services, including equipment rigging and installation, welding, alignment, and piping.
- Well-Rounded: You understand the full lifecycle of a project—preconstruction through closeout—and can lead it effectively.
- Detail-Oriented Communicator: You're proficient in estimating tools and project documentation and confident presenting to internal teams and external clients.
- Proven Leader: You're ready to lead without direct reports, coordinate cross-functional teams, and bring solutions to the table.
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with rigging, piping systems, welding/fabrication, and subcontracted electrical services
- Ability to navigate RFQs, contracts, and change orders with minimal oversight
- OSHA 10 (or willingness to complete)
