Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturer of engineered components to locate their next Senior Accountant.
- Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site)
- Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours

What will your day look like?
- Lead Month-End Close Activities: Prepare journal entries, reconcile key accounts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Drive Financial Visibility: Generate financial statements, analyze performance trends, and support strategic planning
- Support Cost Accounting Functions: Maintain standard costs, monitor variances, and track inventory valuations
- Improve Financial Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting procedures and strengthen internal controls
Who are you?
- Accounting Pro with Manufacturing Know-How: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA a plus
- Experienced in a Plant-Facing Role: 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on exposure to cost accounting
- ERP & Excel Fluent: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and strong spreadsheet modeling skills
- Analytical, Organized, and a Strong Communicator: Comfortable digging into data and explaining financial drivers to non-financial stakeholders
