Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced National Account Director to join our uro-oncology team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for promoting our new intravesical gene therapy solutions to national institutional accounts.

- Lead the development of strategic plans to drive product adoption and growth
- Collaborate with field leadership, market access, marketing, and operations to ensure best-in-class launch execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma or specialty sales with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of health system decision-making and hospital sales processes
- Documented access to key stakeholders in targeted accounts
