Team Leader
We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to oversee our Division 1 Varsity Hockey program at Ferris State University. As the Head Hockey Coach, you will be responsible for leading a team of Assistant Coaches, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and other support staff to achieve program excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive team leadership strategy, focusing on student-athlete development, academic support, and competitive success.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills to foster a motivating environment and maintain integrity beyond reproach.
- Work closely with Athletic Department staff to ensure seamless integration of hockey operations and academic support services.
- Monitor individual player and team success, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies to enhance performance.
